We accept insurance for state of Alaska clients and it depends on the provider with what insurance they are able to accept.

90791 - $300 (first appointment)
90837 - $250 (subsequent appointments).
Executive Functioning:
1st 60 min intake - $120
45 min session - $95
30 min session - $65

Notice for Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for medical services if you do not have insurance or choosing to not use insurance. You can ask our Be Well Counseling administrative staff to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of total costs before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
