Fees
Notice for Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for medical services if you do not have insurance or choosing to not use insurance. You can ask our Be Well Counseling administrative staff to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of total costs before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

All services are cash pay only. We do not currently accept insurance.
We will provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance provider.

Emotional Support Accommodation
$300 if individual has a current mental health therapist (to obtain additional collateral). One in-person appointment required.
$500 if individual does not have current therapist. Two in-person appointments required
